Dr. Eleni Chatzichristou,  deputy director of EURILST, in collaboration with the Educational Institution Rodion Pedia, have organized a weekly space camp for children and adolescents aged 9-16 yr, in the Greek island of Rhodes. It was a fantastic opportunity for the young astro-campers to learn about our solar system, stars like our own Sun and about our Galaxy, to experiment with difficult notions such as solar and lunar eclipses to get a glimpse of what would happen near a black hole and to ponder about the death of our Universe. They let their imagination free to experiment with hands-on activities and got initiated to the life of a real observer of the sky with telescopes during an astro-party.
